PRIZE
2.1 There will be one major recipient for the Adventure Grant, and this will be selected based on the merit of their proposed adventure as determined by Amble staff. The prize consists of the following:
• $1,500 RRP worth of product provided by Amble (designed to kit out the recipient head to toe, along with their chosen friend that will be participating in the adventure)
• $500 cash to help fund your adventure
• $6,500 RRP of product from supporting brands; including Nocs Provisions, Cotopaxi, Osprey, Nemo, Will + Bear, Outdoorish, Campers Pantry, The Crafty Weka, Endless Parks, Paradise Coffee
2.1.1 Entries will be judged on the following criteria: originality of the proposed adventure; personal significance to the entrant; feasibility of completing the adventure by 31 January 2027; and quality/clarity of the application.
2.2 There will also be two runners up recipients determined by a community vote. Amble will shortlist the remaining applicants and provide a shortlist for votes. The runners up prizes consist of $500 RRP worth of product provided by Amble and supporting brands.
2.2.1 Voting will take place from 22nd September to 28th September via a Google Form made available by Amble.
2.3 The Prize is strictly non-transferable to another person nor is it redeemable for cash. The recipient will be able to select their clothing size from Amble, but they will not be able to choose specific colours/styles of the product received from the supporting brands.
2.3.1 If any listed product becomes unavailable, Amble reserves the right to substitute it with a product of equal or greater value, at Amble's discretion.
2.4 The grant recipient will be notified by 11 September 2026 and will be given one week to respond to this notification and to agree to participate in their adventure. If no response is received from the recipient within 7 days, their prize will be forfeited, and a new recipient will be selected and notified as above. The recipient will be announced on Amble's website and social media pages.
2.5 The decision made by Amble staff on the grant recipient is final. Amble will not enter into correspondence regarding the result.
CONTENT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
2.6 By submitting the journal, photos, videos, or any other content under clause 1.6, the recipient grants Amble Outdoors and the supporting brands listed in clause 2.1 a non exclusive licence to use, reproduce, and publish in perpetuity that content for marketing and promotional purposes, with attribution to the recipient where practical.
NO LIABILITY
3.1 Amble will not be liable for any accident, injury, illness, death, misadventure, loss (including but not limited to consequential loss) or claim that may occur:
3.1.1 whilst undertaking any travel connected with entry into the competition;
3.1.2 in the participation of their adventure to any extent; or
3.1.3 due to circumstances outside of Amble's control.
3.2 At all times the recipients of the Adventure Grant are responsible for their own personal health and safety, with Amble and supporting brands holding no liability over the events that may occur.
GENERAL
4.1 This is a game of skill and not a game of chance. Entrants' skill determines the outcome via the judging criteria at clause 2.1.1; no permit is required.
4.2 This promotion is governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
4.3 Amble reserves the right, at its discretion, to vary, suspend, or cancel the Adventure Grant if it becomes necessary to do so due to circumstances beyond Amble's control.
