Returns & Exchanges

You have 14 days to return full-priced products, counting from the date your order arrives (not the date you place it).

Australian orders: full-priced items can be exchanged or returned. Sale items can't be refunded but can be exchanged for another size, colour, style, or store credit.

International orders: full-priced items can be returned (exchanges are unavailable for international orders). Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange, but can be redeemed for store credit.
